Ett nytt konservativt parti bildades i Storbritannien i september i år. Partiet heter Heritage Party och leds av David Kurten, tidigare framträdande medlem i UK Independence Party (UKIP).

Heritage Party har ett motto som består av de tre orden Frihet, Familj, Nation. Ideologin beskrivs som ”socialkonservatism” och manifestet inleds så här:

”For a nation to thrive it must be connected to its roots. We as the living generation are responsible for looking after the heritage which has been passed to us from our forefathers, and we have a duty to pass it on to the generations which will come after us. This is the basis of social conservatism.”
